Cà della Signora
Obtained from Chardonnay and Trebbiano on clay-calcareous soil with good texture (135 meters a.s.l.); coltivation system adopted is Guyot. During the tasting are highlighted notes of passion fruit, citrus, mandarin flower and bread crust, obtained thanks to the refinement of 6 months “Sur Lie”. Excellent perlage with fine and persistent bubbles.
Great for dishes based on fish, shellfish and seafood.
