Red Wine

This red wine, the starting point of our production, is created from vineyards located on the ascent of the “Collada”, on deep soil composed of sand, clay and silt (130 meters a.s.l.). Grape varieties in this case are Croatina and Merlot, with forms of farming spurred Cordon and Guyot. With fruity and floral flavors this wine is characterized by a typical herbaceous flavor aroma, due to the contribution made by Croatina. It has a particularly relevant freshness, which tends to fully express the tannin content of the grapes.

Ideal for grilled meats, cold cuts such as “Salame Milano” and semi-mature cheeses
