Cuvèe San Pietro
Obtained from Chardonnay and Trebbiano on on clay-calcareous soil with good texture (135 meters a.s.l.), coltivation system adopted is Guyot.This wine is a “Metodo Classico” and has clear notes of yeast, due to the long bottle aging Sur Lie, with excellent hints of bread crust. During the tasting it appears persistent with an excellent acidity, which can ensure an excellent longevity over time.
This wine is perfect with shellfish and dishes based on fish, but in goes well with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
