This wine is made from Malvasia grapes, grown on clay soil with some layers of limestone (130 meters s.l.m.). The cultivation is made with Pergola and Guyot. This sweet sparkling wine has descriptors of floral aromas (Rose) and fruit (passion fruit, apricot and peach) of considerable intensity and persistence. The high sugar content makes it sweet and pleasant, especially thanks to the good acidity.
In combination with creamy cakes with fresh fruit (strawberries) or accompaniment to sweets such as Pandoro or Panettone.
