Made from Chardonnay grapes (fermented in oak barrels), Cortese and Trebbiano on clay soil (140 meters a.s.l.), coltivation system adopted is mono-lateral Guyot and Pergola. Complex and balanced, turns out to be floral (jasmine light cue), slightly spicy (pleasant hint of vanilla), mineral and thiolic; although alcohol makes this wine quite soft, its well balanced by an excellent freshness.
It expresses his best potential with appetizers, pasta and seafood, particularly shellfish, seafood and crudités.
