Rosso di Valbissera
Obtained from native varieties of grape in the area of “Valbissera” on soil that consists of clay and silt (145 meters a.s.l.), with forms of farming spurred cord and Guyot. This wine San Colombano DOC (Designation of controlled origin), is delicate and complex; are highlighted fruity (Mora), red flowers and spicy notes (hint of vanilla and liquorice). Significant alcohol content is well compensated by an excellent tannin content which makes it very suitable for aging.
Perfect in conjunction with the first plates based on meat and red grilled meat. Compares well with spicy and strong cheeses.
