From Trebbiano grapes, grown on soil made of clay (135 meters a.s.l.). Training system adopted is Guyot. The typical softness of this sweet wine, due to the presence of a high residual of sugar, is particularly noticeable (not becoming cloying) in the light of good acidity. The main descriptors are fruity flavors (jams), floral (withered white flowers) and spicy (pleasant notes of saffron and vanilla).
Very good in tasting with dark chocolate or sweets made with fresh fruits, especially citrus fruits
