The Poderi di San Pietro rose on the premises of the old farmer’s cooperative of San Colombano on 1998, then was acquired by Neuroniagrari during 2008. This winery represents the wine excellence in the whole territory of Milan and its province..

All the winemaking activities, starting from the grape crushing up to the storage, are carried out in a 4.000 square meters working plant. A 2.000 square meters underground cellar is reserved for over 500 new oak barrels, each containing 225 liters of wine. A part of this cellar there is the “wine vault”, where tastings and new products’ presentations take place.
To make memorable wine and most of all, to make a wine as the best expression of the territory, the winery works with a competent and renown winemaker, Donato Lanati, who contributes with his enormous international experience to the continuous improvement of the vineyards and the Cellar.

But the actual Owners did not want to establish only a winery making excellent wines. They also wanted to make it a place to rest and relax, to find shelter and to enjoy the local natural and cultural beauties . And for this reason, Poderi di San Pietro is well equipped to welcome its customers and guests. Both with the romantic “chateau” of Trianon, on the top of the hill, warmly surrounded by the most precious vineyards- where it is possible to organizes society parties and important events – than with the Country Club La Palazzina, a sporting club with two swimming pools, places to play soccer, tennis, beach volley…

Moreover, the Poderi di San Pietro is a Company carefull to the environment: the Owners have recently invested on a photovoltaic plant in order to have an important energy saving coming from the winemaking activities.
